公司信息科技业务加速发展。铜牛信息成功在深交所上市,成为创业板注册制改革以来北京首家成功上市的国有控股企业。

Beijing Fashion Holdings Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is a state-owned company under municipal administration which evolves from Beijing Municipal Bureau of Textile Industry established in 1958. The Company was renamed Beijing Textile Industry Corporation in 1983, and reorganized as Beijing Textile Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. In 1999, Beijing Textile Holding Co., Ltd. was established under the authorization of Beijing municipal government, and in 2016, it was renamed Beijing Fashion Holdings Co. Ltd.
The Company has a track record of over 60 years of success, making significant contributions to the national textile industry and Beijing's economic and social development as a role model of Beijing industry. It has been thus cared and recognized for what it has achieved by the Party and State leaders.

However, an ambitious Beijing Fashion Holdings does not stop there. The Company expands its presence by building a new platform of Beijing Fashion Week, creating a community service brand “Jinggong 1961”. Its subsidiary Topnew Info went public as the first state-controlled enterprise in Beijing to be successfully listed since the registration reform of the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM).
The Company remains committed to political responsibility and social responsibility pursuing excellent performance as a state-owned company. It invested to establish Xinjiang Jinghe Textile Technology Co., Ltd in 2015 as an iconic Beijing company to assist Xinjiang’s development and alleviate poverty. It also went all out to complete the production task of nearly 100,000 sets of clothes and 300,000 pieces of clothing accessories for 70th anniversary of China built on the craftsmanship spirit. When it comes to the response to COVID-19, its subsidiary Topnew Group quickly switched from scratch to become the largest producer of masks in Beijing with a daily output of 2.3 million, accounting for two-thirds of the city's daily output at the time. What’s more, it developed and rolled out three new types of masks.
